Services Provided Apollo Exteriors LLC specializes in exterior construction services, including but not limited to roofing, siding, gutters, soffits, fascia, power washing, window cleaning, and related repairs or installations. Specific service details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual contracts.
3. Estimates and Contracts We offer free estimates upon request. These estimates are not binding until both parties sign a formal contract. Any changes to project scope, materials, or terms must be submitted in writing and may affect pricing or timelines.
4. Payment Terms Payment schedules are defined in each contract. Late payments may result in additional fees, interest, or a pause in work. Continued non-payment may result in project cancellation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the following:
Providing accurate project and property information
Ensuring safe and timely access to the worksite
Responding promptly to approvals or requests during the project timeline
6. Limited Warranty We offer warranties on materials and workmanship as outlined in each contract. Warranties are void if damage occurs due to improper maintenance, third-party alterations, or extreme weather or natural disasters.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Apollo Exteriors LLC is not liable for the following:
Delays or issues caused by weather, material shortages, or events beyond our control
Incidental or consequential damages
Damage to undisclosed structures or conditions not visible during inspection
8. Intellectual Property All website content including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Apollo Exteriors LLC and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
9. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how your information is collected, used, and protected.
10. Modifications to Terms Apollo Exteriors LLC may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in Michigan courts.
12. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service We reserve the right to decline or terminate service if a project site is unsafe, inaccessible, or if client behavior becomes unprofessional or abusive.
13. Refunds and Cancellations Once work has commenced, payments for labor, time, or materials already provided are non-refundable. If a customer cancels a project after it has started, they may still be responsible for payment for services rendered, materials ordered, or other incurred costs up to the date of cancellation.
Apollo Exteriors LLC reserves the right to retain deposits or partial payments to cover work already completed or expenses committed.
